Original This is our original recipe, and our most popular flavor. It is savoury but mild, with hints of black & white pepper, and coriander.
Stokkies are sliced into thin strips before being seasoned, cured and dried, resulting in a drier finished product with a texture similar to conventional jerky. Our stokkies use the same tasty spice blend as our biltong, but have a stronger flavour because the spices cover more surface area.
Ingredients 100% Manitoba beef, Malt vinegar, Spices, Salt, Worcestershire sauce, Brown sugar, Monosodium glutamate, Sodium nitrite
