Original This is our original recipe, and our most popular flavor. It is savoury but mild, with hints of black & white pepper, and coriander.
Biltong is seasoned with a unique blend of spices, then is cured and air‐dried at low temperatures in large steak‐sized pieces for up to a week, after which it is sliced thinly across the grain. This results in a tender finished product that is less salty with fewer additives, and tastes like real meat. It is best described as a cross between conventional beef jerky and prosciutto.
