DELIVERY POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Prairie Flavours.

  • Prairie Flavours will only deliver to those areas indicated on the delivery schedule each week. If you place an order and are outside of the delivery area for that week, don't expect your order to arrive until the scheduled delivery week. A refund or credit will be issued within 7 days if you needed it prior to the scheduled delivery. Check where Prairie Flavours will deliver each week by clicking this link.

  • The delivery address information that customers fill out during checkout will be used to deliver the order. If a mistake was made during the checkout process, please contact us immediately with the correct address at contact@prairieflavours.com

  • Prairie Flavours will always knock and/or ring the doorbell when a delivery is made and wait for someone to come to the door. If nobody is home, we'll do our best to locate the safest place (out of the elements and out of sight) to leave the order. We'll send a text notifying where the order is if it's not obvious.

  • Prairie Flavours is not responsible for damaged or stolen orders and will always strive to keep the products safe. We strongly advise customers to indicate any special instructions at checkout to safeguard their order upon delivery.

  • If ordering products that need refrigeration or to be kept frozen, please leave a cooler with ice/ice packs in it if nobody will be home.
